Our approach

From everyday reality to better decisions.

We don't start with a package or a theoretical model. We start on the shop floor and track the work, the information, and the decisions throughout the entire organization.

Why it gets stuck

When taken together, local solutions become an administrative problem.

A spreadsheet, form, or standalone system can work just fine on its own. The risk of errors arises with every data transfer.

Transfer

Enter → print → read → write → re-enter ↺

Every change of medium takes time and introduces an element of interpretation.

Meeting

The current situation is only collected during the consultation

Discussion changes imperceptibly into reconstruction.

Knowledge

Experienced employees keep the operation running

Operational considerations are rarely documented in a way that allows them to be reproduced.

Finance

The consequences of choices become apparent in hindsight

Operational and financial reality become gradually detached.

Integrated decision-making

Not: “What makes the most sense right now?”

But rather: “Given all the information, which decision will yield the highest total value for the company?”

A rush order, inventory selection, or maintenance action affects capacity, changeover time, logistics, quality, future orders, and profit margin. None of these questions can be answered in isolation.

Site Survey

First understand what's really happening.

We conduct on-site observations over several days, consult with professionals from various disciplines, and test our assumptions against daily practice.

  1. Workplace and Material Flows

What moves where, why, and with what lead time or waste?

  2. Information Flows

Where does information originate, who needs it, and where is information lost or corrupted?

  3. Decision Points

Which interests are being weighed and what information is missing?

  4. ACTUAL vs. TARGET

    (IST vs. SOLL)

We describe the current situation, the point on the horizon, and a manageable path between them.

  5. First waves of development

We prioritize steps that deliver immediate value and the strengthen foundation.

A learning organization

Digitization is not an end in itself. It makes reality something we can learn from.

Every fault, changeover, complaint, quality measurement and decision adds knowledge to the same information base. It all turns into opportunities to improve.

In this way, experience is not replaced, but rather enhanced. The planner and manager retain control, while the system provides insight into scenarios, historical data, and impacts.

The improvement cycle

  • Observe during work
  • Document context and cause
  • Verify and enrich facts
  • Connecting action, ownership and result
  • Analyze long-term effects
  • Better substantiate subsequent decisions
